How booking with ComedyBookers works
We’re a full-service booking agency. We represent the comedians on this site and do all of the work, from contracts and travel to coordinating with your tech crew, so the entertainment is the easy part of your event.

- 4We work with your tech crew, or bring our ownWe send the comedian's tech needs to your AV team or venue and coordinate with them directly. No crew? We can provide sound, lighting, staging and a technician.

Questions
How much does a comedian cost?
It depends on the comedian, the date, the length of the show and travel. Tell us your budget on the booking form and we'll show you the best options in that range.
Can the show be clean?
Yes. Many of our comedians work completely clean and are marked “Clean” on the site. Tell us about any content guidelines and we'll make sure the comedian has them.
Do I deal with the comedian directly?
No. ComedyBookers handles all communication, negotiation and paperwork, so you have one point of contact and one agreement.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for holiday parties and weekends in November and December. We can sometimes help on short notice, so ask.
How will I know where my booking stands?
We keep you updated as things move forward: when the comedian is confirmed, when the agreement is signed, when travel and tech are set, and with the final show-day details. You'll never be left in the dark.
Will you work with our AV team or venue?
Yes. We send them the comedian's microphone, lighting and stage needs, share the run of show and coordinate directly with them before and on show day.
Can you provide sound, lighting and a stage?
Yes, as an option. If your venue doesn't have a crew or equipment, we can provide a sound system, stage lighting, staging and a technician to run it. It's quoted with your booking.
Can a comedian host or emcee our event?
Yes. Look for comedians marked “Can emcee”, or tell us about your program and we'll recommend someone.
